The Nosh Lanai is a unique fusion restaurant concept, merging the cuisines of Ashkenzi Jewish Deli food and Hawaiian food. My mom grew up near Honolulu, so I grew up tasting the flavors of her childhood through Shoyu Chicken and Haupia. My dad grew up in a conservative Jewish family, with matzo ball soup and pastrami sandwiches as staple meals in their household. So, as a representation of their love story and my family history, I present The Nosh Lanai.
