Xinran Chen

In today's world where food technology is constantly advancing, it is becoming increasingly difficult to identify the original appearance of food from its outer appearance. We usually rely on food ingredient lists and shelf life to understand the ingredients and freshness of food. This has raised concerns about food safety and health. In this book, I use vacuum bags to record from the most primitive to the least primitive foods, showcasing the various ingredients added during food processing. This book not only helps people better understand the ingredients and food processing process but also encourages readers to think critically about the food. It should be noted that not all processed foods are unhealthy or unsafe. Some processed foods can be made safer and more nutritious by removing harmful bacteria or increasing the content of certain nutrients. Therefore, people need to consider factors such as nutritional content, ingredient quality, and processing methods to evaluate each food product.
