MIDNIGHT MEMORY
YEWON RYOO
The street light brightens the night on the street, enormous boats passing by with loud and bright spotlights and gathered buildings tightened together like illuminating objects showing off their existence through a window is what I miss and beloved memory. I always observed the bright busy world through my window at night. The opposite world, silence, and darkroom of mine were where I used to belong. Throughout this project, I wanted to recall my memory of my rooms and being an observer again but this time not alone but with audiences sitting next to me feeling calm and nostalgic as I am.
